.strong>With our fabulous new country retreat now up and running, we’re ready to rock with our two main camps a year events of the year!
The overnight BELTANE FULL MOON CEREMONY 30th April – 1st MAY 2018, the home education BELTANE CELEBRATION Big Spring Camp 10th May – 20th May 2018, and the Home education SUMMER FESTIVAL 29th August – 5th Sept 2018.
The Full moon overnight Beltane Ceremony will be on the 30th April- 1st May if anyone wishes to join us and camp over and help us celebrate the coming in of the new earths energy and light of the year.
Anyone wishing to stay camping from the time of the Beltane FULL MOON Ceremony until the Beltane Celebration Big Spring Camp is welcome to stay camping onsite and help set up the site and cafe for the following camp. Please contact us if you wish to stay and help on firstname.lastname@example.org
Purchasing a ticket gives your automatic membership of the Fountainhill camping club.
Both home ed camps will have the usual Majical Youth Theatre ‘Plays for the Day, Fire Circus daily workshops and end of week performance, Swingboats, Trampolines, Climbing Frames, New playground with Witches hat , gigantic Sand pit and Tree nets, a glorious Sacred Space, the Café providing home made vegetarian food at a low cost and Crafts marquee.
Plus of course all our usual Majical Youth Madness Moments, including wild games, talent shows and open mike jam.
We’ll have camp fire songs, drumming and stories every night. The little bus will hopefully be fixed in time too!
At both camps we hope to have a local celtic band playing in the evening and exstatic dance and on the saturday night a fire performance.
We’ve also been discussing increasing our camps’ Environmental Education focus and are excited to say friends from the Lammas Eco Village (which is close by) are on board, and will get involved in this exciting new project too.
Additionally, we are still building a new Bush Craft Centre in our woods, and will kick start this during the Beltane camp.
We ask for All public areas at our camps are drink and drug free zones.
There is adequate public transport to a nearby town of Clunderwen which is a request stop on the train , there are then busses running from Clunderwen to Hermon .
